Choco- coco ice cream

Well this is a happy mess up ... I was trying to get a mousse to taste like almond joy (i simply love the combination of chocolate, coconut and almond but i love to have some texture in whatever i eat so i wanted to have a healthy mousse with ssome crunch on it and I did get something I like....more on the lines I reaaaaally enjoy.
Well it was a happy mess up since i had to run out and I asked my aunt who is in town visiting to put on the refri; either i say it wrong or she missunderstood since she place it on the frezer .... Well after checking it and then reading on the web, this is how you make vegan ice cream, i've done my share of banana base ice creams, yogurt, or simply fruits and in my youngest years i love the coconut cream ices but this last ones homemade always had a milk base.
Back at this "ice cream" flavor check, texture check BINGO Ice cream is done welcome Summer!

So lets gather 
1 can of the best cream of coconut cream you may get
1/4 raw cacao
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup coconut palm sugar

In a small blender mix the sugar and cacao untill is all powder 
In a clean bowl (it have to be really clean and if it is cold it will be much better beat the cream until mousse like texture mix in the vanilla and cacao/sugar by parts untill everything is homogeneous.
Depending on how soon do you want to eat it you may use the ice cream machine but it happen to be ready in a few hours on the freezer... So whatever is better for you, you should try it.
